A successful CIGRE 2026 in Paris

From 23 to 28 August 2026, Hivoduct was represented at the CIGRE Paris Session – one of the world’s most important gatherings for the international electricity grid industry.

The week in Paris was a resounding success for us. We were delighted to welcome numerous visitors and to hold many fascinating discussions with grid operators, industrial companies, partners and experts from all over the world.

We were particularly pleased by the keen interest shown in our pressurized air cable technology and its potential applications for future energy infrastructure. Several of these discussions have already led to concrete project enquiries and discussions regarding quotations, which we are now pursuing together.

The direct exchange with experts from different countries and sectors demonstrates once again just how great the need is for high-performance, efficient and PFAS- and SF₆-free solutions for power transmission.

A heartfelt thank you to CIGRE for organising this important international platform, and to all visitors for the interesting discussions, the keen interest shown and the valuable input.
