Investor information
The founders and board members are the majority shareholders of Hivoduct and have financed the company’s early years. In 2024, an initial capital increase was carried out to fund pilot projects.
Hivoduct will conduct a second financing round in Q2/2025 to support the expansion of the new factory and international growth.
We are primarily seeking companies or institutional investors, with a focus on the electrical energy sector and relevant expertise:
- Willingness to take a minority stake in a five-year-old energy technology startup
- Understanding of the opportunities and risks of such an investment
- Knowledge and connections in the power transmission and high-voltage technology sector
- Access to a European or global distribution network for high-voltage components
- Focus on sustainable technologies
- Operators of power transmission networks or strong relationships within the sector
