We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (80–100%) for our site in Hedingen. In this role, you will take responsibility for challenging projects relating to our innovative compressed air cables and play an active role in shaping the sustainable energy transmission of the future.

Your responsibilities

• Planning, managing and implementing projects in the field of compressed air cables and energy transmission
• Coordination of internal teams, external partners, suppliers and experts
• Responsibility for project budget, schedules and quality assurance
• Collaboration in the conception, design and implementation of technical solutions
• Support for tests, prototypes and commissioning
• Interface between technology, production, construction and customers
• Identification of opportunities, risks and optimisation potential
• Documentation and reporting to management and stakeholders

Your profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar)
• Experience as a project manager in industry or academia
• Knowledge of high-voltage technology and electrical networks
• Experience in dealing with experts, suppliers and partners
• Advantageous: practical experience with infrastructure projects (construction, industry, energy)
• Confident German and English; other languages an advantage
• Very good knowledge of office software; CAD (Onshape) is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation

We are looking for a polymechanic (80–100%) for our site in Hedingen. In this role, you will work directly with multi-axis milling and turning machines on components for our innovative compressed air cables – and help to make energy transmission more sustainable.

Your tasks

• Setting up, operating and monitoring multi-axis milling and turning machines
• Creating/adapting CAM programmes and collaborating on 3D designs
• Manufacturing individual parts and small series, including quality testing (measuring equipment, protocols)
• Ongoing optimisation of processes, tools and programmes
• Maintenance/care of the machines and clean working in accordance with safety regulations

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic (production)
• Experience with multi-axis machining centres (milling, turning)
• Knowledge of 3D CAM software and design tools
• Independent, responsible work on the machine
• Confident German; other languages an advantage
• Motivation, commitment and ability to work in a team
